Our firm is excited to announce that we have brought another attorney into the firm. Lindsey Reedy previously worked for the firm as a law clerk, but has transitioned into the role of associate attorney after passing the bar exam.
Lindsey will be focusing on helping entrepreneurs start up their businesses, move their business into the next phase of growth, as well as implement their exit strategy. Lindsey previously worked with Campbell Law School’s inaugural Innovate Capital Business Law Clinic where she worked with a life sciences startup, a children’s book company, and a beauty subscription service company.
Lindsey graduated from Campbell Law School with her Juris Doctor and Nottingham Law School with her Master of Laws in International Legal Studies. Lindsey is looking forward to using her knowledge in business and international law to help turn business owners’ dreams into a reality.
